FAQs

  • Stōkt enables gym managers to moderate their walls directly through the app. Once you are registered as one of your gym's admin, you'll be able to receive an email whenever someone reports a climb, hide spam problems, rename or modify any climb.

    Sign up on the Stōkt app and let us know which email address was used.

    We will create the admin account for you using that email address.

    We won’t be able to publish your wall on Stōkt until we have at least 1 admin account!

  • You have access to your wall’s profile by tapping on the name or avatar of your gym.

    You can then change the name, avatar/logo of your gym, add more photos of your wall, a description of your space, general rules about the wall, dimensions, angle, etc by tapping on the “settings” icon on the screen (top right).

  • You will be notified as soon as your Wall is live on Stōkt!

  • Your wall photo quality is the most important thing, great wall picture = great experience for your climbers.

    The photo will stay the same until you decide to reset or update your wall.

    If you’ve thought about resetting or repainting your wall for a while, maybe now is a good time!

    • Send us high resolution photos of your wall

    • Photos should be at least 3000px high

    • Read our guide on how to take the best photos of your wall

  • Please send vector files if you can (.PDF, .ai, .eps) for best results.

    If you don’t have a logo, we can create one for you.
